We reserve the right to cancel or alter the times of our boat tours, without notice.
This can be due to a variety of reasons, including but not limited to: changing weather conditions and unforeseen technical difficulties - if this is the reason for your cancelation then we will offer a full refund of your deposit.

Passenger Cancellations (If you cancel)…

If a passenger cancels a trip, the following terms apply:

5 days or less before departure – No refund
6-10 days – 50% refund
Over 10 days – full refund
